In Two Easy Steps
Step 1: Design Meeting
In a 45-min phone call you will speak directly with an experienced and qualified team member of JPink Law who will help you design an estate plan that is custom fit for your situation. We will walk you through all the considerations in order to design an estate plan that is best suited for you!
After the phone consultation, you will receive a link to complete our secure online intake form for you to submit the names and contact info we need to complete your legal documents.
Step 2: Execution
Once all of your info is submitted, we will prepare your legal documents. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. It is important that they are fully signed to make them legally binding. Many of the documents require a notary as well. We will organize all the paperwork and prepare it for signing. You will have an option for the documents to be mailed to you for notarizing, or if you are able to come into one of our offices for signing and notarizing that can be arranged. *Note that ARAG does not cover notary services or recording fees, so those will be payable by you.
