These prices are only available for estate values below $6 million. If your estate exceeds that, we would still love to work with you – please reach out for a free initial consultation and a quote.

Have more than one piece of real property in California? Add $245/each which includes recording fees of $95/property. Out-of-State Real Estate will incur additional fees depending on the state.

Own more than one LLC or small business in California? Add $150/each for assignment of your interest in the entity to your trust.

You complete our comprehensive intake form and pre-work design form. A 1-hour phone consultation with an attorney. Your attorney drafted complete estate plan documents will be mailed to you for you to arrange notarization. 10-days turnaround.

The Gold Package

You complete our comprehensive intake form and pre-work design form. A 1-hour phone consultation with an attorney. Your attorney will draft complete estate plan documents and you will come into the office for a 1-hour review meeting. We handle the signing and notarizing of all your documents, scan, copy and return originals, paper copies, and to you in a custom estate planning box. 20-days turnaround.

The Platinum Package

You meet with the attorney for an initial educational call. A team member will contact you to collect all the relevant info (or you can use the secure online intake form to provide details). You will meet with the attorney (in-person, zoom, or phone at your preference) for a Design Meeting. You will receive drafts of your documents to review. You will meet in the office with the attorney to review and execute your documents. We will handle the notarization for you, process the documents, scan, copy, and provide you with the originals, copies and PDF versions. We will send all real property transfer documents to the appropriate recorder’s office and forward to you when returned. 30-days turnaround.
