Here’s What the Process Would Look Like

Step 1: Initial Consultation

If you’re ready to chat with an attorney to discuss your specific situation and decide upon the best entity choice based on your goals.

Step 2: Provide Details

We’ll need you to complete our secure online intake form. It will be sent to you shortly after you confirmed this scope of work. We need this information to start preparing for your business formation.

Step 3: Review / Sign Paperwork

In about a week all your documents will be ready and you will need to review and sign all the required documents in our office. We will send you a scheduler to arrange a time to come by the office. This should only take you 15-min to sign the paperwork at this stage. We will meet later for your launch meeting and go into more depth.

Step 4: Launch!

We will file and process your signed documents with the appropriate government agencies. Once that is all done we will give you Launch Instructions to get you off and running!

You will receive helpful information on taking your first steps with your new entity – what and where you will need to share the information.

Step 5: Payment

We will send you the final invoice after the signing meeting. You can pay through cash, check or use our secured online processing for your convenience.
